HFL Corporation was founded as a real estate development company in 1962. HFL is involved in the student housing, hospitality, multifamily, and affordable housing sectors.   HFL continues to grow under the leadership of the second generation and is able to execute on a full range of investment opportunities by its' team of professionals and their extensive experience in finance, development, and management of assets. With more than six decades of experience, HFL has demonstrated the ability to create exceptional and sustainable projects.  HFL's corporate office is located in State College, Pennsylvania.
